Liquid Fertilizer Terminal Facility

Sand County Environmental was retained to perform a Phase I ESA for a large liquid fertilizer terminal facility located along the Mississippi River in Minnesota.  The Phase I ESA involved a comprehensive review of 50 years of terminal activities, and a review of the neighboring terminal facilities and their environmental records and practices.  Sand County Environmental produced a comprehensive summary documenting environmental conditions in the area that led to a direct and efficient path-forward for the site owner.
